Meditation Board - Peace of Mind
Exercise & be "Kind"
Ride bike 15 minutes - 4 times per week.
Ask a Yogi friend to go to a beginners Yoga class since I am intimidated to go alone.
Eat well and be Kind to my body.
Walk 3 days a week; 10 minutes away from house and 10 minutes back.
Sit (still) for 5 minutes a day and set timer for discipline
Explore a meditation group and make commitment to go once
Plan a weekend retreat for extended quiet time in order to "listen"
Laugh hard hourly.
Be creative with no end goal other than pure enjoyment at least once a week (once I start, I lose track of time).
A girlfriend outing once per week.
Make daily outreach calls to listen and be heard.
Attend my spiritual group meetings frequently.
Eat three healthy meals a day, with snacks as needed for energy.
Try to stay in bed that extra hour in the morning for a good night's sleep.
